How to Customize Your Certificate

Customizing your certificate is quick and easy! You can submit the following information:

• Recipient's Name(s)

• Title of the Certificate (e.g., Certificate of Achievement)

• Purpose or Description (e.g., For Outstanding Service)

• Date

• Name(s) and Title(s) of Signer(s)

• Logo (optional)

• Any special instructions or wording

Submit Your Details One of Two Ways:

• Click the Upload Button on This Page

• Attach your customization form, list of names, or logo files directly.

• Email Your Details to:

• Please include "Certificate Order" in the subject line for faster processing.

No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for any products or services once payment has been made.

This policy applies to:

• Printed materials (certificates, ID cards, etc.)

• Digital products or downloads

• Custom design services

• Website and branding packages

Please ensure all information (names, dates, logos, photos, etc.) submitted for customization is accurate and final before placing your order. Once a project has begun or a product has been printed, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be issued.

If there is a clear error on our part, we will gladly correct it.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS unless the customer/client selects and pays for an alternative shipping option.

• Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text from Upscale Online Biz Solutions, along with an estimated arrival date.

• Shipping timelines may vary depending on the selected service and destination.

• Upscale Online Biz Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or third-party carriers once the item has been shipped.
